You are responsible for ensuring that all qualifications, work history, and degrees listed on your resume are honest and accurate. We do not verify your background and are not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate information.
  • Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our builder, crash our servers, or use our tools to distribute malicious files.

2. Who Owns What?

  • Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of the text, personal details, and career achievements you input. We do not claim any rights to your personal background.
  • Our Software: We own the underlying code, site designs, template layouts, and scoring checker logic. You are granted a personal license to use these resources to build and download your own resume.
  • The Final PDF: Once downloaded, your resume is yours to keep, share, and send to employers as you wish.

3. Disclaimers and Service Uptime

  • "As-Is" Software: We do our best to maintain 100% uptime and keep our tools bug-free, but we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • No Employment Guarantee: Building an organized, chronological resume is a great first step, but we cannot guarantee job interviews, hiring calls, or employment results. Hiring decisions are entirely up to employers and their respective managers.
  • Rendering Layouts: Our PDF engine builds vectors directly in your browser. Because browser rendering can vary slightly depending on your browser version or operating system, we recommend quickly reviewing your downloaded PDF to make sure everything looks correct before submitting it.

4. Free vs. Premier Packages

  • Free Use: Our standard builder and section audit tool are completely free. You can scan headings and export files without any payment.
  • Premier Plan: Our paid plans unlock deeper structural insights and formatting upgrades. These transactions are final, and terms will be presented clearly before purchase.

5. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or career-related damages resulting from the use of our website, standard scanner scores, or downloaded documents.

6. Closing Your Account or Ending Use

You are free to stop using our tools at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or block users who violate these terms or try to disrupt our services.
